We’re looking for a strong WordPress developer with 5+ years of experience who is ready to step into leadership and own projects end-to-end.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end WordPress and web platform projects
- Build custom themes, plugins, and scalable CMS structures
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive builds
- Integrate APIs, CRMs, and third-party systems
- Optimize for performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
- Manage hosting, staging, and deployments
- Define development standards and mentor junior developers
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of strong WordPress development experience
- Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Strong performance optimization skills
- Git/version control experience
- Exposure to headless WordPress or cloud environments is a plus
- Ownership mindset and leadership potential
Growth Path
- Year 1: Lead projects independently and set engineering standards
- Year 2+: Grow into Head of Web Engineering / Platform Architect

Compensation & Benefits
- ₹70,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (Based on skill, ownership & technical depth)
