Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to drive and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing automation, SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, social media management, analytics, and lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also manage day-to-day execution, optimize marketing performance, and align marketing activities with business growth objectives.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive leads and brand growth.
- Manage marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Brevo.
- Create and optimize email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing programs.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate content creation for blogs, ebooks, case studies, and campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, analytics, and conversion rates.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to achieve marketing goals.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Brevo, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong experience managing SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing programs.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Proven track record of generating leads and improving marketing performance.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- HubSpot, Marketo, or Marketing Automation Certifications.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, Technology, Cybersecurity, or Professional Services marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnel management.
- Experience with webinar platforms, lead nurturing programs, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and marketing analytics platforms.
