Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and measurable growth. This role involves managing websites, search visibility, paid campaigns, and marketing automation platforms in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company websites, landing pages, and content updates
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies including on-page, technical, and content optimization
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels
  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing
  • Work with HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot for campaign execution and reporting
  • Track performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for ROI

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with website management and SEO
  • Experience running paid ads on Google Ads or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B or SaaS marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and basic reporting
  • Understanding of lead funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team
